Welcome Home Brad !!!!!!

Me, Gary, and the boys drove up Saturday to spend some time with his dad and to welcome Brad home.
Saturday night we met up with his family at the hotel and spent some time with them until bedtime.
Sunday morning we got up and had some breakfast, got ready and headed to the army base....luckily we knew where to go since we waited at the gym last time he came home.

Here is Hunter on our home (the bleachers) for the next 4 hours lol

They had this poster on the ground for the first 3 hours for the kids to draw on for the soldiers and I am pretty sure that Shawn had the most drawing on this poster lol !!

around 2pm they brought in finger sandwiches, fruit, cookies and juice lets just say we were pretty greatful for that...not only were we hungry but we were running out of ideas to keep Shawn busy

The army fireman let Shawn get up in the truck and said he couldn't harm anything little did he know that Shawn would push every button in sight so we had to get him down !

We got an announcement they had landed and were on buses at around 3 something and at 4pm after they turned in all weapons they finally got to come to the gym !!

Brad was in the first bunch to come in !

When we left Shawn asked for chips and I gave him a bag of Doritos and he fell asleep licking the cheese off of them

The poor thing woke up and kept touching his tongue, finally me and Gary figured out his tongue was probably burning from licking all those chips and then falling asleep without a drink so we had to make a quick detour to get him some juice lol !

Brad we are soooo happy you are home and safe, we couldn't be prouder !!!
